God Bless America! H2H & Exploring Cricut Challenges

I am really proud of my latest completed project.  It's a gift for my sister, Kathy.  Her birthday is July 5th.  Shhh...don't tell her...she doesn't read my blog.  The base is a wooden pizza paddle I got at Target for about $11.  The flowers were cut from the CTMH Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge ONLY available through a Close to My Heart Consultant.  I hand rolled all 120+ paper roses and secured them with a wonderful CTMH product called Liquid Glass.  The stars, big & small, and the sentiment were also Cricut cuts.  This was a time consuming but extremely satisfying endeavor.  I love my Cricut & most of all Close To My Heart paper crafting products.

EnJOY!

  3. Visiting from Exploring Cricut. Those flowers are amazing. Looks like quilled flowers. You have patience to be able to do something of this sort.

  7. Gosh, a labor of love, for sure! What a very original use for those rolled rosettes--I love your vision. It is always inspiring to see uses for CTMH products beyond cards and scrapbook pages. And a perfect project for the Heart2Heart "Patriotism" challenge--thanks for inspiring us!

  8. Wow! I have made some flowers with the AP, and I can't imagine how long that must have taken you to make them all! It's gorgeous, and worth all the time you spent rolling!
